I do not accept insurance and I am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is collected at time of service and I provide a monthly superbill for all services rendered. A superbill allows you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance for our sessions, based on your insurance coverage. Most health insurances have out-of-network benefits and generally provide reimbursement once your deductible is met. Please contact your health insurance directly to learn more about your out-of-network coverage

Choosing to engage in mental health services is an invaluable investment in yourself and your loved ones. As an out-of-network provider, we provide you with a broader range of high-quality services and prioritize your individualized care, while not being restricted by limitations often placed by insurance. Although we do not bill your health insurance directly, we will work with you or your insurance if additional information is needed
Please contact me to learn more about my fees, as my fees vary based on the type of service. If you are planning to seek reimbursement from your insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate, which I will gladly provide. Also, I am happy to provide referrals if I do not have availability or unable to accommodate your needs.
A Good Faith Estimate is in compliance with the “No Surprises Act” and shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs. It is not a contract for services and does not obligate you to obtain any services. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate is created, and does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment.
