As a clinician, I strive to create a safe and warm environment that is compassionate, person-centered, and promotes the unique individual strengths of my clients. Although, I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, I prescribe to an integrative approach to therapy that includes elements of cognitive-behavioral (CBT), person-centered, interpersonal (IPT), and strength-based approaches. More importantly, my approaches are tailored to the specific needs of individuals and families to help them achieve balance in their lives and overcome their struggles.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults dealing with anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment issues, grief, depression, and other mood disorders. I also have specialized training in providing trauma-informed care for complex trauma, using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Trauma in Schools (CBITS). In addition, I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess developmental and learning disabilities, autism, attention problems, social-emotional functioning, and mood disorders.
