Touching Hearts Behavioral Health Services PLLC is a private practice that offers a range of therapy and psychological evaluation services, with a particular focus on children, adolescents, young adults, and serving members of the faith community. Dr. Tracy Palmer founded Touching Hearts Behavioral Health Services in 2023 out of her passion to integrate sound clinical mental health care with a faith-based foundation.  At Touching Hearts BHS, we believe in developing a collaborative relationship with our clients, that includes a holistic approach in helping them overcome their life challenges.  Our goal is to provide high-quality, comprehensive care by treating each individual with compassion and the care they deserve.
